My identity was totally wrapped up in my career. I felt like I had to prove myself in the world. No matter how much I did, it never felt like enough. Can you relate? 
On paper I was successful and even looked confident on the outside, inside I couldn’t stop the incessant critical chatter from my mind and the chronic pain in my body. 
It took me 4x to break the burnout cycle of go-go-go-collapse, rinse and repeat - 4x! 
I didn't have a trusted person to connect all of the health dots. I was missing the nervous system resilience that I needed.
It took time and a loving process to heal my nervous system from constantly going into fight, flight, or freeze even at the slightest of triggers.
Now, I lean on my self-trust, self-agency, and I have so much more self-control. I’m constantly becoming more myself and I’m open to experiencing the pleasure of life. I feel flexible, organized and I feel whole. I know my existence is my birthright.

Jen has dedicated 22 years of experience in holistic health + human performance supporting real humans - from medical, mental health and other caregiving professionals, to veterans, military branches, law enforcement, NFL teams, retirees and parents.
